Suggest Treatment For Gastritis

my daughter was diagnostic with this, she had treatment 2 weeks with antibiotics but the systoms does not desapear, she weak up with big stomach y she has all day gas she is only 21 years old and she lives in the University, this is get in worse day by day, what can we do to cure

this disease which is very unconfortable

Hi

Thanks for your query.

Noted the history about your daughter and understood the concerns.
Waking up with big stomach indicates that there is a gaseous distension as most probable cause. Other causes can be fluid called ascites or intraperitoneal pathology such as peritonitis.
Hence I would advise your daughter the following in such a situation:
Rush to Er for clinical evaluation and examination.
X-ray of abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Get the correct diagnosis to have a proper management.
If there is an intestinal infection she may need a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics.
If there is any surgical cause, it will be treated accordingly.
