Suggest Treatment For Gastritis Leading To Stomach Bloating

I am 42 years old women in india. I have a problem thating i feel bloated at times. I feel hungary but on eating i get a irritation on upper part of my stomach. off late i pass too much of gas and while urinating the shit also comes out as if a leak. The ultrasound whole of full abdoment conducted 2 months back did not show any abnormality. There are few specs of blood at tihhmes when i go to toilet with passage of gas. I have apiles also.

Pls suggest what is it, an infection or else.

I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history and symptoms given here, I can say that possibility of some mild infection could be possible and it can be protozoa infection.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with the single dose of Sacnidazole 1 g, try to change the diet, try to avoid high density calorie contains diet
