Suggest Treatment For Gag Cough And Breathing Trouble Due To Sticky Saliva In Infant

My baby 3 weeks old has sticky saliva making her gauge cough and trouble breathing she is breast fed no temp blood pressure good hospitals poor service still no dr to see her she has a few small thrush dots in her mouth feeding, pooing as normal
I can't lay her on her back or she gauges coughs then chokes

I understand your concern. For nose hygiene I suggest Nasoclear 2 drops thrice a day,paediatric drops 2 times. Wash mouth with soda water.
