Suggest Treatment For Foul Seepage Under Compression Stockings In Case Of Lymphedema

I have lymphedema in my legs. No pressure wounds exist, but my legs have seepage from the compression when the compression is working (with the assistance of elevating as much as possible). I currently wear the Solaris Ready Wrap garments with the Solaris Silver stockings, but my coworkers told my HR that they are still smelling an odor. We lotion my legs each time we change out the stockings and wraps. Is there a special lotion/spray that I can get that will help eliminate the odor. The seepage isn t a lot (doesn t collect in huge puddles or anything like that)...just the stocking will become soaked a bit; however, it is enough to create a degree of odor. What can you suggest?
