Suggest Treatment For Fever Diagnosed With Sinus Infection

Friday I was diagnosed with sinus infection today is my fourth day on antibiotics and mucin ex d I still have a fever of 99.7 and feel terrible. Is something else wrong? I worry because I drained a baby pool which had a dead bird in it and I washed toys and the pool

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your question in detail and can very well understand your concern..

As you have a sinus infection, mild fever usually accompanies with it and it is due to infection only and not any other reason..
Gradually as the infection will subside the fever will also be resolved.

You should continue with the antibiotics and take Acetaminophen (Paracetamol or Tylenol 500mg thrice daily) to reduce fever.
Along with this take enough rest and a nutritious diet.
