Suggest treatment for sinus infection

My son is 9yrs old and had a sinus infection about a week ago , doctor placed on amoxicilin, cogestion drained to chest and had low fever for about three days, fever broke on Sunday night , monday night he started complaining about calf muscles being sore and has been limping around are you aware of this?
