Suggest Treatment For Extrasystole In Heart Post Pregnancy

i have been diagnosed with extrasystole of the heart after having cesarean delivery of twins. I was told it was caused by all the fluid in my body which went straight to the heart and caused one of the arteries to widen. What is it that i can or cant do. How do i deal with this situation

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I have gone through your question. Extrasystole by themselves are not

very ominous (especially in young and people with otherwise normal

heart). If they occur more frequently get a 24 Hour Holter monitoring

done. if they are infrequent (

nothing to worry.

Hope to have been helpful!

Wishing good health,

Dr D Sunil Reddy
