Suggest Treatment For Excessive Cramping And Menstrual Bleeding With Clots

For the last 6 months i was suffering with excessive mestual bleeding and blood clots. consulted doctor and found a fibriode in the utres. also i have sevre pain during periods and the periods will last for 9-12 days. i was give daflon 500 for to reduce the bleeding. Is that a correct medicine, is ther any side effect for that? waht is the permanent solution for this

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Fibroids in the uterus is the cause of pain, heavy bleeding and passage of clots.
Daflon is only to control bleeding, however it is unlikely to effect the basic disease.
Other treatment options are progesterone, uterine artery embolization and surgery ( either myomectomy or hysterectomy).
You can discuss the most suitable treatment for you with your OBGYN specialist.
