Suggest Treatment For Diverticulitis

i have diverticulitis and have had a small perferated bowel, last year i had a egd and colonoscopy and i was ok. i keep having alot of pain radiating all over my abdomen and back, no fever and it is different then my normal pain for diverticulitis. it is like my tummy feels like it is gonna explode

Hello,

Permanent cure for diverticulitis is resection of the part. If not severe then you may get it local examination and CT abdomen.

During flare-ups need to start antibiotics and pain killer medication.

Take a soft diet at regular intervals. If symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
