Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Breathing Post Heart Surgery

had open heart surgery oct 2009. Could breath good till I broke my arm May of this year, had to have a steel plate put in. During surgery my blood pressure dropped very low almost to the point that there was none. Since then i have had difficult breathing. Do you think i have a clogged artery again?
