Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea

Hi there,

I have had chronic painless diarrhoea for some time; stools vary from very loose to quite soft and vary in colour and smell. I am also frequently lethargic, have purple (sometimes slightly painful) bags under my eyes. I also have quite a variable heartrate (between e.g. lying down and walking) but am physically quite fit, and my hands easily become sweaty. Could this be some form of neuropathy? Should I see my doc?

Thanks

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, possible reason may be endocrine dysfunction, nephropathy or else affecting gut flora mechanics.

Lethargy is due to low hemoglobin and vitamin levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
