Suggest Treatment For Delayed Menopause, depression And Muscle Spasms Under Rib Cage

After suffering since I was a child, I was finally diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2001. I lost all of my hair (head/body) at the age of 2, it did grow back, but a lighter color and texture per my mother's reports. She told me that I suffered severe fevers that we call chills, and I had times of major weight gain and then major weight loss. This continued throughout my adult life. Sometimes I would have the energy of four or five people (ballet/volleyball/track/Jazzercise/dancing/cabbageball/swimming/etc.), and at other times I could not get out of bed for 16-18 hours.

During a summer in the country around the time I was eight, I became swollen, bug-eyed, and my lips became huge. When I was about 10-yrs. old, I remember clumps of my hair falling out, and everyone said that I had so much hair that I should not worry. Then, when I was about 11 or 12, I remember being at a family get together and feeling nauseous, sleepy, itchy, and overall strange. My body broke out in a rash from head to toe. The doctors said I had been bathing too much, and should shower and not go swimming as much. I have suffered with constipation and then I would have major diaherrea issues such as not being able to hold my bowels (twice). I stared my menstrual cycle when I was 9-yrs. old, and they were painful and feverish. I still have my period at the age of 53, while all of my friends have either gone through menopause or are in the midst. My doctor tells me that I am not even peri-menopausal. I did and still do suffer with the brain fog, moodiness/irritability, super dry skin and then oily areas, etc. About two and a half years ago, I began to not want to eat (repulsed me to even think of food/nausea), could not sleep even though I was exhausted, could not think well, would shake all over, feel my heart beating rapidly, and my bowels did not know what to do. The doctor told me that I had gone hyper, after having orginally diagosed me with depression. I am on .175MG of Synthroid presently. I cannot lose weight, although my husband loses each time I give it my all, and we work out together. I have great muscle tone in my legs, buttocks and back. My arms and belly are now beginning to get jiggly. For more than 25 years, I have noticed that I have major muscle spasms under my rib cage. I feel that something is twisting and flipping upward over the bottom of my ribcage. It takes my breath away. I have to stay still, breath deeply and slowly, and then after a few minutes I can begin to stretch. If I bend sideways or try to do situps, the spasm begins. Have any of you ever heard of someone having ALL of these problems, and what was the recommended treatment? Please tell me if there is a special test I should take for a different diagnosis or if a special diet or medication would be the solution. I have spent my lifetime searching for the solution.
