Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

Adderall is not supposed to be used to promote wakefulness. You first need to understand what the diagnosis is for your fatigue. It could be your Synthroid dose is too low. Or it could be another reason, such as sleep apnea. You need to undergo a sleep study, a diagnostic test which should tell why you are tired. After that time you can be treated appropriately.

YES, please, if you can. I had bariatric sleeve surgery Dec 13th and lost 65 lbs, for which I am grateful, my diabetes is now in control and I am back on just Metformin instead of insulin 5 times a day. My sleep apnea is in remission, but I have a noisy gut. I mean really LOUD. When I lay down to sleep at night the gut seems to talk all night long, if I open my mouth the noises amplify! Sometimes it is accompanied by pain and sometimes just the annoying noise. Every time I eat I get loud tummy rumbles, sometimes my tummy is very tender and sore. I have a lot of diahrea too, sometimes uncontrollable! I have diverticulitis and IBS , so I am aware of my stomach being a very tender area for my body and I never eat breads, rice, potatoes, pasta, white flour or white sugar. Is this a serious condition or is it just something I need to get used to and live around? The worst of it is truly when I get diahrea that is so out of control I don t know when I head for the bathroom at work if I will make it in time! Last week I did not, and had to go home, it was too embarrassing and I was exhausted and weak after the attack. I have oatmeal for breakfast every day and only take Imodium when it s really bad. What else can I do to live with this condition and prevent uncontrollable diahrea? I m 67, female, had a radical hysterectomy years ago, have had 4 hernia surgeries.

Hello, I have high blood pressure, and am a 21-year-old female. I have been prescribed a low-dose high blood pressure medication, and haven t had any complications with it. However, lately, I have been feeling like my chest is heavy and have had a hard time sleeping for quite some time. I wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air, and no matter how much sleep I get, I m exhausted when I wake up. I am starting to think it s Sleep Apnea, but am wondering if there are any other heart-associated links? There is S.A in my family - my father has it. Ideas?

I am a 65 year old lady, 5 9 , 142 lbs and have been suffering for approx 6years with pressure, ringing in both ears. I have been treated for TMJ with dental appliances and trigger point injections. I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and sleep with a CPAP machine I am now trying Prolotherapy in the TMJ joint ($150.00) per injection. I am also seeing an upper cirvical chiropractor for a shifted atlas. The muscles in my neck are very tight and I have a continuous headache. Xrays and MRI show a weakness in the muscles on the right side where I first started with the pain. When I first started with this I awoke with no hearing on the right side and my doctor said it was alergies and it would go away when the weather changed in the fall. Some of the hearing came back but I then had the ringing and headaches. I also now have a hearing aid to overcome the muffled sound and ringing in my right ear. I am tired all of the time and find it hard to concentrate. I do not have medical coverage. Any ideas would be most appreciated. Eileen My ears ache
