Suggest Treatment For Cystitis
I keep getting recurrent cystitis type problems and having difficulty urinating. If I drink lots of water or cranberry juice it subsides. Today it started again but I also feel a dryness at the opening or my vagina or a it feels as though it may be slightly swollen in that area. I have had these problems on and off for a few months.

Its sad to know that you are suffering from such problem. I appears to be some resistant organism which is causing this infection or condition in your urinary tract is favoring its growth. If you used antibiotics earlier then its recommended that you go for URINE FOR CULTURE SENSITIVITY. which will not only tell us about organism responsible for infection but will also guide us about appropriate antibiotics. Secondly you need ULTRASONOGRAPHY KIDNEYS, URETER AND URINARY BLADDER. this will help us to find any stricture/stone etc causing urinary stasis.
If a patient walk to my clinic with such symptoms i prescribe ciprofloxacin, syp citralka and some analgesics.
