Hi Dr Bhatti, our 5 yr old daughter had two teeth removed about 3 1/2 weeks ago. She has had a cough for the last 3 weeks which was worst in the 1st week but only in the night ( seemed fine in the day). She was kept off nursery school for a week but seemed fine to return to school. She lasted a day,however came home unwell. That was a week ago. She has only been coughing at night since then but today has a high temperature 39c. It just occurred to me she may have some rheumatic thing going on. She had Scarlet fever last year. We will take her to her Doctor on Monday but do you think she needs to be seen sooner? thanks for your help. Kevin.
