Suggest Treatment For Constipation

I take a lot of medicine. ive had several heart attacks and 2 strokes the second stroke took the left side of my brain. I have had continued constipation for about 2 years. last night I woke up at 1030 and felt like I need to relieve some gas so I did but instead I had a bad case if diarea uncontrolled so I made a terrible mess. I showered and went back to bed. at 230 am I was awaken again with the same problem but I caught my self and made it to the bathroom. constation has been my problem not diaarea.
