Suggest Treatment For Congenital Heart Defects In A Child

Hi All! I need help from all of you. My daughter was born almost 42 days. When 3 days passed, doctor - pediatrist informed us that she heard a suspicious cardiac murmur in her heart. She sayed that it may be some problem, however we must wait until 4-5 weeks passed and then we can ask advise from our cardio-center. So, when 40 days passed we went to the medical chekup and doctors at the first stage checked her with echocardiogram and found out that it is big problem with her heart - TGA IVS. What we should do? I m in very bad mood, I dont know what actually is it. Doctors says that we have to wait till to 4 year, and just then they will provide operation. Shall we wait such years, or it demands operation now? Sorry for my bad English..
