I am a 39 yr old female, healthy, with no medical conditions outside of migraines. The last 2-3 years, I have been developing a cluster of small red dots, almost rash-like in appearance, on the back of my hands. Mainly on the right hand, but some on the left. That is the ONLY places it occurs. They do not itch all the time and when they do, it is very mild. It only seems to occur as the weather starts to get warmer.
