Suggest Treatment For Chronic Headache
Hi ..i am 24 female i have sever headache since 3 years i use to have painkiller but and consulate nerologyist he told its magrine and i used betacap 10 mg in this year the headache increase with pulsing in my head i consulate the dr ct was normal but i have sever pain till my left eye getting smaller in size than other ..now i am using divaa500 mg , betacap 40 mg and petrill 1 mg but i dont know that the diagnose of my condition ? Hope anyone tell whats this headache

CGRP can tell if it is migraine or not. Some other tests like ESR and CBC can help to rule out other orgnanic causes too. If these are prescribed drugs by a physician, continue with them. One study shows headache of unknown origin and got benefited by healthy a life style.
In food, avoid caffeine, non-veg, drinking, smoking (primary and secondary), tea. Have few nuts and add more fruits and vegetables salads in food antioxidants like amla, aloe vera, basil, and drink lots of water. Do daily sukshm yoga [join online OMBW or art of living course, reversal rate is more than 70% with these techniques.
