Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

please i do always feels pain in my chest.Firstly,i first noticed that if i run for 5mins my chest will be paining me,also if i played for 5 mins it pains me and also anytime i bend down and just want to get up i do feels the pain,anytime i lay down i do feels it while laying down.i had contacted doctors,pharmacist and always undergo x-ray but i had not been diagonise of anything also some said it is hearth burn but i had took some suspension but it still persist.please kindly help me out on this my problems.
