Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi there your symptoms point towards a pathology in your cervical spine particularly pressure on C5 nerve root. It could be due to cervical disc proplase or a cervical spondylosis. I would give you pain killers , muscle relaxant + Physiotherapy and Neck muscle exercises. If there is no relief in a weeks time then i would go for an MRI.
