Suggest Treatment For Brown Band Inside Lower Lip

My inside lower lip has a brown band and im not sure what it is. There is no irritation or pain. I had angular chelitis on the sides of my mouth about a month ago and took care of them but after that red spots appeared on the inside lip (top and bottom) of my mouth and would burn when i ate (I also had an allergic reaction to carmex and my lips swelled up). That lasted about three days and now where the red spots were it s dark brown and discolored. When i first noticed, it was dry, i would put tea tree oil and now it doesnt feel that way anymore. What is it and can i get it back to normal ( FYI im 27, african american)

The brown band inside the lower lip can be secondary to the allergic reaction. The wounds or ulcers have been healing with pigmentation. Particularly allergic reaction like lichenoid reaction will result in pigmentation like this. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get i evaluated. Nothing to worry its a self limited condition.
