Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCAREMAGIC..

As per your complain it seems that sore insides mouth, soreness of tongue and sores around sides of lips can be due to viral infection causing cold sores..

Sores can also be due to causes other than viral infection like Nutritional deficiency, dry mouth etc causing Angular Cheilitis along with Apthous stomatitis or Canker sores..

Please provide the following details so that I can guide you better..

1. Are the sores present as fluid filled blisters?
2. Since how many days it is present?
3.Did the sores inside and outside the mouth started at the same time?
4. Has it happened any time before too?
5.Are the corners of lips cracked and painful along with lumps or there are fluid filled blisters?
6.Do you have any medical problems or are you on any medications?
7.Do you have dryness in mouth?

If possible attach an image of the sores..

Brief Answer:
Seems like a Canker sores with Angular Chelitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..

As per your answers it seems like Apthous stomatitis only..However I would still advise you to get a clinical examination done..

As of now you can start gargling with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve the symptoms.
You can also take a Vitamin B complex tablet daily..
You can take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Suck ice and do cool water rinses..
Avoid spicy food..
You can also apply a thick coat of Petroleum jelly over the corners to relieve the dryness and smoothen the area..
You can apply numbing gel containing Choline Salicylate or Lgnocaine to relieve soreness..
Do cool compresses..
A low potency steroid ointment along with antibiotic ointment can also be advised..
Drink plenty of water..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
