Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty And Anxiety During Pregnancy
i am 5 months pregnant and im having difficulties breathing and my anxiety makes it worst. what should i do ? Thank You! Age: 19 years Height: 5ft 1 inch. Weight: 108 pounds I sometimes suffer from short breath,I have anxiety and I also have a phobia when i have to swallow a pill.

hi...as per your query...breathing difficulty occurs if there is overdistension of the uterus...may be excess water around the baby..or multiple pregnancy...that pushes the diaphragm up..if everything is normal in ultrasound ...your haemoglobin ..levels are good ?? we need to know...if that is also normal... any history of allergies ...also you need to have a physician reference for respiratory system and cardiovascular system evaluation.
