Suggest Treatment For Back Pain While Having Wedged T5 Vertebrae

Hi, I am a girl, 15 years old and I have been expirencing back pain for about a year and a half. The pain is in my upper back but sometimes moves down lower. Not only is it painful, but there is often tingling throughout my back and it hurts to take deep breaths when I am bent over at the waist. I have had an X-ray done and I was told that my T5 vertebrae was silghtly wedged, and I recently got an MRI and am awating my results. I have no signs of scoliosis or any spinal defects other than my wedged vertebrae. The pain is there all the time and prevents me from doing many average daily activities. I have seen a physio therapist, massage therapist, chiropractor, had accupuncture, etc. but nothing seems to help. What could be my problem and what should I do? Thank you for your time.
