hi Doc i have a problem with anxiety iv been taking pills to come me down but i dont want to depend on them so i dnt take them anymore. secondly am on injection for pregnancy prevention ever since last year i dont get my periods is it normal or healthy?

There is nothing to worry in your case. In case, you do not have any anxiety, there is no need to take antidepressant and benzodiazepine. You can do some relaxation exercise that would keep you anxiety free. In period related problem, you can consult a gynecologist. You are not contraceptive injection and due to them, not getting menses is normal. In case, you have any more doubt, you can ask.
