Suggest Treatment For Anemia With Fever

Dear Doctar



My wife is suffering from anemia with fever . his hb counts falls all of a sudden and it decrease to 3.2 and after 10 unit of transfusion her hb count is still 7.4 . she is admitted in big hospital and they examine bonemarrow , pet scan , ana dct , ama , all these reports were negative . only thing come positve is parvo virus . we have given her IVIg treat ment and still nothing clear . kindly guide me what to do next

Your wife is suffering from parvo virus infection. Pancytopenia is common in parvo viral infection. No any specific treatment is there for viral infection. Just take symptomatic treatment. She will be normal after times when viral infection is over.
