It is really a matter of concern that your child of 2y.4m has persisting loss of albumin in his urine and has temporary improvement in the situation when treated with corticosteroidOmnacortil only to reappear when this drug gets withdrawn and other preparations are for symptomatic relief . You require to see for regular check up to confirm whether this is Nephrotic Syndrome and what was the specific cause as they are many. An experienced paediatrician or certified nephrologist will be able to do a good work up and suitably guide you through this.
