Hello dear Dr. Ashok Sharma , hi

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query for your son in law in details .

* As you know very well , I need all details of symptoms of the patient to
judge the clinical severity of the condition and figure out the
management guidelines .
* In absence of that , with amylase of 3881 , I can suggest that patient
requires
- hospitalisation
- IV fluids
- IV antibiotics
- IV PPI
- IV antiemetics
- IV anti spasmodic injections
- supportive nursing care
- management of vital parameters as pulse , BP , blood sugar , creatinine
SPO2 , urine output , respiratory rate , other systemic monitoring .

Wishing him fine recovery .
Feel free to ask any further queries .

Regards .
