Suggest Treatment For Acidity,vomiting,constipation And Blood In Stool

hi for the last 3 weeks i have been throwing up only on fridays, feel like acid in my stomach then i throw up what could the cause of this be ?? and i have been constipated for months and sometimes blood in my stool, and hurts for hours later what could the cause be ???

•     Take antacids for the stomach pain.
•     Drink more water.
•     Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber.
•     Exercise more.
•     Take Senna, an herbal laxative.
•     Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements.
•     Take over-the-counter or prescription laxative.
