Suggest Treatment For Acidity Problem
I have acidity problem for almost 5 years now..I used to have heartburn problem, gas, bad breathdue due to irregular eating habits, stress, late night sleep and it goes away automatically after sometime or after taking some antacids..Two months back I took a 14 days prilosec course and there was no heartburn, nothing...But from last 3-4 days I am having heart burn problem and also I feel like sharp pins, needles like pain in my lower right abdominal area. It comes and goes lasting normally about few seconds. I am 36 years old. there is no nausea or vomiting, no blood or mucous in stool, no diarrhea or constipation problem and no pain or burning during urination...Can you help me with this please?

Dear sir, you might be suffering from gastritis . the most common cause of gastritis is hylicopacter pylori infection. you should take a breath test for hypicopacter pylori , if it came back positive then it should be treated with a course of Helicure twice daily for 2 weeks and repeat the test of still positive continue for another 2 weeks . in the meanwhile to relieve gastritis you should take a proton pump inhibitor as concor together with an antacid as ranitidine 3 times daily before meals
