Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain Caused By Ovarian Cysts

My girlfriend took ipill after an unprotected sex incident, which led her to severe abdominal pain. Her doctor adviced for an USG(Pelvis) which showed that she have randomly placed cysts on her right ovary. It is still causing severe pain. What are the remedies?
