Hi, my name is Dusti. And I have a few questions. My finger nails are really thick and can barely clip them, my toe nails are tinted yellow and thick, What can cause that to happen? And Ive been having abdominal pain, it almost seems like my bladder doesnt want to empty. Ive been having problems going to the bathroom.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a bladder infection.

I suggest doing a urine test to confirm the diagnosis.

Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

If the diagnosis is confirmed I suggest using antibiotics to treat the infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
