Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Discomfort And Flatulence

I have IBS over the last few years. Although my bowel movements are a lot better over the last year now, I am left with gas pains and abdominal discomfort. I also have radiating pain in my back and stinging pains sometimes in my back and at times in my shoulders and armpits. Did most of the tests CT, endoscopy, UG ultrasound etc and no issues. Wondering how to go about getting better.
