Suggest Treatment For A Red Lump On The Scrotum

Hi, I have a small red lump on my scrotum with what appears to be part of a vein leading away from it. The lump is about 1cm in diameter, bean shaped and painless. When I put pressure on it, it turns white.

I have been having unprotected sex (other than my girlfriend being on the pill) with my girlfriend for about two and a half months. She has had one STI test before but had one boyfriend since that. I have had protected sex since my last STI test other than with my girlfriend.

The small red lump on the scrotum is most probably a sebaceous cyst with a concentrated sebum so appearing white on pressure.
The blood vessel has not much significance.
The cyst can be operated as it is large enough to be healed on its own.
This Cyst has no relation to the STI, and you have already tested negative.
You may please get this operated for two reasons. Firstly you get rid of the disease
Secondly you get a diagnosis
