Suggest Treatment For A Rash Around The Genital Area Of A Child

my daughter has got a rash around her genital area. We saw a paediatrician a week back. the rash has improved, but not fully healed. The paed prescribed sitz bath and lamisil cream. Am wondering if there's something else i should try? also, my younger daughter has started having the same rash. I'm not sure if its caused by them sharing the same towel?

Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome.
