Suggest Treatment For A Painful Rash On The Back

I just found a rash on the right side of my back that burns a little bit. I am 57 years old, is that too young for shingles? I just realized that s probably not enough information. There are lots of things that could cause a rash. I did notice that below the larger rash (aprox 3 x 1 ) there are smaller little red dots areas so that s why shingles crossed my mind.
