OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,

In my opinion, your symptoms can be due to vaginal prolapse, and it might be associated with cystocele.

Please get USG report done and seek the opinion of your treating Gynecologist.
You might need to undergo cystocele repair surgery and treatment of kidney infection if any.

Presently I will suggest you start with Kegel's exercise to strengthen the muscles around the vaginal area.
Opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
Use of tablets containing phytoestrogens on daily basis will be of help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar, OBGYN
