Hello,

I have studied your case with diligence.

You are taking lot of medication already.
As you have RA test positive prognosis is not too good.
Newer biologics have role in RA.

There is good role of diet and achieve correction through it
You need to avoid bakery items, high protein diet, and curd, milk and milk products.
Avoid cold and fermented food, bitter and sour food.
Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, salads.
Many of my patients get relief by yoga pranayama and sudarshan kriya so you can also do that.

I have lot of experience of patient of RA and long term results with allopathic medication are not satisfactory,so consult me directly for further assistence.

RA can not be cured by allopathy.
Ayurveda is more effective in long term.
