Suggest Traetment For Nausea And Stomach Cramps

I have had persistent nausea for about a month. Sometimes I wake up with stomach cramps in the lower region of my stomach below my navel. I ve had numerous test and everything comes back negative. I went to the emergency room with what I thought was acid reflux. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and everything was good. Still fighting the nausea and occasional cramps.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history stomach cramps for abut a month, pain in lower abdomen, Upper GI Endoscopy, colonoscopy and other tests were normal, visited ER..
The most probable causes are:
Small intestinal obstruction.
Appendicitis or diverticulitis.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen with Enteroclysis usually gets you the diagnosis and a plan for treatment which may be surgical.
Also go for the routine tests of blood, urine and stool.
Stop the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance your pain and nausea.
If all the investigations are normal, we can think about IBS as a primary cause and get treated accordingly.
