Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Testicular cancer usually affects only one testis in most people. It is difficult to understand that your husband did not require therapy even after testicular cancer. Please discuss in detail with your doctor. The tests to know sperm count is semen analysis. However testicular biopsy may be done to know if there is testicular failure to produce sperms. Presently there is also sperm banking and even a person having cancer can deposit healthy sperm which will be kept at low temperature and can be used for conceiving later.
