respected sir. myself is sudipto. seven weeks ago , i had a vaginal sex with a prostitute for the first time. the condom broke in the midway that i didnt notice and i ejaculated inside her. i didnt have any sore or pain in my pennis or scrotum before or after the incident.i am very very worried about catching hiv. i cant sleep at night. can u please tell me what are my chances of catching hiv? i want to have a through checkup of all other stds also. pls help.

Sex with prostitute is always at risk. So you may have chances of hiv or other infection.so its better to go for hiv testing and testing for hepatitis and syphilis. For hiv you can go for elisa with p24 antigen detection. And also go for vdrl and hepatitis test to confirm.
