Hi,
I understand your concern.
You are an asthmatic patient, I can realize the
stress you have to bear for doing simple activities. Everything is due to less
oxygen uptake ,resulting in les energy production as compared to the energy lost.
* If you want weight gain, you should try to achieve comfort level in dat to day life. So exact assessment of asthma level & proper medication & management by changed life style is basic need for improvement of health.
- consult a chest physician, Certain investigations will be advised( CBC,
X ray chest, respiratory function test,
allergy detection tests ) & you will be given specific medication . Broncho dialaters in inhaler form are good/effective along with other needful medicines.)
- Start with light physical exercises( walk/
yoga), Respiratory exercises, walking.
- Avoid allergens & asthma triggering things.
- Be positive.Have well nourishing food with proteins/ carbohydrates/ fats/ vitamins/ minerals & sufficient water- avoiding allergens.
Thanks.
