Respected Sir hi mere throbbing in temple doesn`t strongly suggest arteritis dear there are vivid reasons for the same. what you require presently is* get prescription of good analgesics * maintain hydration of your body which is very vital * avoid stress* have adequate sleep of 8 hours * avoid excess reading / mobile / computer work * avoid tobacco / smoking if doing *maintain your BP and blood sugar level controlled * do some concentraion and relaxation exercises in form of YOGA for 15-20 min regularly.
