Suggest Safe Abortion Methods

hi doctor im 25years old...my last mestruration was may second week bt it was sporting mestruration which last for 20days...sametime my breast gets heavy and painfull...my food crave increased so before 4days ago i checked my pregnency i was positive...we dnt want to have baby now...wat are possible abortion method i can do...i eat lots of papaya and pineapple bt no change...plz help
