Suggest Remedy To Lower Bp When It Gets High

i have high bp on med good diet bp is down. this Week diet was bad bp is 176/86 plus im sure im having a panic attack. Last time i went to hospital they did nothing an charged me a ton. Is my bp at a lvl i should be at panic lvl or should i relax and go back to eating right

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Systolic pressure is only raised. Diastolic pressure is normal.
2. Panic attack is the main cause of rise in systolic blood pressure.
3. Try relaxation techniques like breathing exercises, yoga, meditation etc to reduce panic attacks. If necessary meet a psychiatrist. Continue with normal usual diet.
