Suggest Remedy For Undescended Testis

Sir, i m of 24 and a patient of undescended testies (left side). I went to a doctor and he told that it should be removed. But I have seen somewhere in internet that if undescended testis is removed, the chance of testicular cancer is high so it should be brought down to scrotum. Could you please advise me on this matter...??What may be the complications associated with undescended testis ? (regarding sexual concerns)

Having undescended testis increased your risk of testicular cancer by 40x. I would probably advise you to have the testis removed since it has no more function and should have atrophied by now. Removing the testis would remove the cancer risk since the testis is already removed.

Thank You and best wishes to your health
