Sir, I have been experiencing tightness in my head and excessive yawning for the last one year or so. Most of the time, these symptoms appear in the mornings and I feel normally in the evening time. Sometimes, the symptoms remain mild, sometimes they become strong and I feel giddy sometimes. Although I take 6-7 hrs sleep but the symptoms appear as If I didn't sleep at all.Rarely, I feel pounding heart as well.In addition to this, sometimes I feel fine tremors in my right hand. And when I sit for sometime I feel numbness in that limb.What am I suffering from???????Please reply as soon as possible.........
