Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

How old are you? Are you on any diabetic or hypertensive medication?

Possible causes are:
1. Cellulitis
2. DVT.
3. Cardiac failure.
4. NSAID drugs intake.
5. Renal failure.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Get a hemoglobin status, serum creatinine and ECG. Then consult with your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
