Suggest Remedy For Stomach Upset And Fever

hello,i would like to ask what can be the cause of my problem. For 3 days i have a diarrhea - i go to the toilet 15 times a day and my excrements is in the form of water. In my stomach there are many gases and liquides,i have very high fever ranging from 37 to 39.5.

Take Tab. Ciprofloxacn 500mg 1+1
Also take Tab. Drotaverine 40mg 1+1 before meals.
Drink one glass of ORS after each loose stool. You will be alright. Actually this is acute gastroenteritis.
